If yes, then good because this is our body or mind telling us to slow down and needs more attention. There is nothing more than emotional and mental stress that can tire us.
This is an indication that our 5 senses are in overdrive and need rest. Overindulgence depletes energy and weakens the immune system making it easy for viruses to creep in, including trauma.
Maybe it’s time for a digital detox, considering reducing screen time. Check if we are overworked (body) and not rested enough, activity and rest go hand in hand, choose music that soothes our nerves, imbibe natural fragrance of flowers, plants, trees rather than perfumes! Good nutrition in moderation is a no brainer.
To regain our energy, withdraw the senses from indulgence and go inward, which brings deep relaxation. The more you relax the more clarity of mind & energy you gain, and conscious relaxation is in fact meditation. 🙂
